Refund / No-Refund Policy

Digital Service

MikeNexTv is a digital IPTV service. Once your account is created and activated, you receive full access to the service digitally. Because of this, all payments are generally final.

No Refunds After Activation

• Once your IPTV account is activated, payments are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after activation.
• We do not offer refunds for issues caused by your internet provider, Wi-Fi, or devices.

Before Activation

If you paid but your account has not yet been activated and you made a payment in error, contact us immediately. If we have not set up or delivered your account, we may be able to cancel and reverse the order at our discretion.

Connection & Performance Issues

Freezing, buffering, or connection issues are usually related to:

• Your internet speed or stability
• Wi-Fi congestion or weak signal
• Device performance or overheating

We will gladly help troubleshoot and optimize your setup, but these issues are not valid reasons for a refund.

Channel Changes

Channels and content can change without notice. Specific channels are not guaranteed and changes in channel lineup are not grounds for a refund.
