1. Service Description

MikeNexTv provides an IPTV service that allows you to access television channels and other content via the internet using compatible devices and applications.

2. Account & Usage

• Each plan includes one active connection (one device streaming at a time).
• You may install the app on multiple devices, but only one device may stream simultaneously per main plan.
• Extra simultaneous connections are available for an additional fee (currently $15/month per device).
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and not sharing them publicly.

3. Internet & Device Requirements

You must have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to use MikeNexTv. Performance can vary depending on your internet speed, Wi-Fi quality, and hardware. We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet provider, router, or device.

4. Payments & Billing

• All plans are prepaid and must be paid in full before activation or renewal.
• Currently, payments are accepted via Cash App at $MikeNexTv.
• Your service term (1 month, 3 months, 12 months, etc.) begins when we activate your account.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Channels

Channel lineups and content may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, event, or program.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Activity

• Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account as a “restreamer” or reseller.
• You may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the service, apps, or servers.

7. Refunds

Because this is a digital service and access is delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once service is activated. For details, please see our Refund / No-Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

While we aim for high uptime and reliability, occasional downtime or interruptions can occur. We are not liable for outages caused by maintenance, technical issues, internet backbone problems, or issues with third-party providers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
